Belinda on Queens Wharf, Auckland with the Spirit of New Zealand behind. We went out last weekend on the Spirit to watch the first race of the America's Cup. Unfortunately there was no wind and the race was postponed however we did have a good day out on the Hauraki Gulf despite that. There was plenty of food, drink, entertainment and sunshine. Jamie had to miss the day on board and instead spent the day with friends at Devonport.
Speaking of Jamie, here he is at six months feeding his face and going for a swim at a local pool.
With all the activity lately we have not managed to get out on our boat for a while. However when we do we will have a ski biscuit to ride. This should make a welcome break from hauling in all the HUGE fish, well the occasional one which just exceeds the minimum size.
(Note the heat of the Auckland sun shrunk the fish before we could get a photo!!!)
